Online Returns Policy

At Laura Longden Interiors, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you wish to return an item, please refer to our detailed online purchase returns policy outlined below. The instore return policy differs and is printed on the back of your purchase receipt.

Change of Mind Returns:

  • You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

  • To initiate a return due to a change of mind, please contact us via email, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will then start the return process and confirm the return address.

  • We recommend that you securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit and use a tracked service. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer.

  • Once we have received the returned item and it has been inspected, we will process your refund within 10 working days, which will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Goods Returns:

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take detailed photographs of the damaged item and the packaging for our reference.

  • To report damaged goods, please contact email us with your order number and the details of the damage / photographs.

  • We will arrange for the collection of the damaged item and provide a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible, to facilitate the return process.

Considerations:

  • Please ensure that all returns are sent with a trackable delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Items that are personalised or made to order cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the above criteria.
